I have bought a few ovens from Marra Forni a few years ago. I wouldn’t suggest any other oven in the world, nothing compares to the performance and the durability of this oven. I have bought both just wood and gas/wood combination. Loved both, but the combination is my favorite. Has saved me a lot of money on wood and my pizzas are the best in town. This oven really makes a difference and gives that touch of Italian authenticity I was looking for. I’ve been working with Marra Forni oven for more than a year now in my neapolitan style pizzeria. Everything has been great with the oven. We love the reability and the design, its a beauty. I came back again this month to expand my concept and take a look for a second oven and wanted to see one of their other style, the rotator. I spent the day with the crew at the facilities. The owner Francesco and Enzo were there and gave me really good advises in the operation and business development. They were incredible hosts and will answer all the questions you may have. Francesco make sure I got to see every detail at MarraForni. The team make you feel at home. Stavri explained me all the engineering technology inside the oven, burner, controls, details, even diagrams on the computer. He even made the dough coached by Anthony, who was outside the country, but came back the day that I went to make the great pizzas that he does. Stavri, the dough was outstanding btw. We tested the oven, make delicious pizzas, had fun. Anthony helped me with everything related

Truly a company worthy of a five star rating. I had the pleasure of meeting the Marra Forni team at the Pizza Expo in 2015. At the time I wasn’t even looking for a new oven. They were so welcoming and easy going that I decided to stick around their booth for a bit and check out their ovens. The thing that stuck out in our first meeting is they treated me like a family member even though I wasn’t even in the market to buy an oven within the next year.

A few months later I hooked up with these guys at the NRA show in Chicago and cooked a bunch of my pizzas in their ovens. I was blown away by the consistency and ease of use. I love that they have the product engineer Stavri come to events so you can pick his brains. Super smart guy!

In January of this year my wife and I decided to take a trip to their warehouse and test kitchen in Maryland. It was very assuring seeing the ovens being made in America.

I ended up buying a 140 oven and having them put it on a trailer for me. After cooking a couple thousand pizzas in my oven I can say that this is for sure the best oven I have ever used. It is so easy to train a new staff member on. Very user friendly. Most importantly my pizzas come out better in this oven than any other oven we own. In the two weeks after I received the oven Anthony and Jeff personally reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. Talk about people who care!!!

Going forward I will only be buying Marra Forni ovens. They are easy to work with, diligent, knowledgeable and the quality of their products is second to none.

We have looked all over for the “perfect”‘oven! Looked at the companies in the west coast and met with thier crew. At that time I didn’t know much about ovens but the customer service is what got my business. Now that am an oven “pro” per say, not only am I happy with my decision for the un discontinued service but am also SUPER happy with the quality.
We did have an issue with a part in one of the two ovens we got, however a replacement part was overnighted to us right away.

I am the Executive Chef of a new restaurant opening up later this fall. We purchased the Rotator series oven from Marra Forni. My team and I drove down for a couple days to train with Anthony, their culinary director, and it was well worth the 8 hour drive from Michigan! I’ve been in the pizza business for 25+ years and have participated in numerous national and international pizza competitions. I’m also a founding member of the World Pizza Champions. I’ve done business with numerous brick oven companies and I have found that Marra Forni and their management and design teams are absolutely a step above their competitors. Most oven companies claim that their ovens most crucial components are authentic in keeping with the proven traditional Italian ways. I can tell you from experience that most of their claims are false and building materials are imported from China or various other places and intended to misguide you by saving a few bucks and in turn you’ll get a sub par oven. The old saying goes, “you get what you pay for” and this cannot be more true in the oven industry. I can’t stress enough that oven design and building materials such as dome specifications and the type of refractory brick used are crucial in creating a dependable oven that can be used in any application and stand the test of time. I back Marra Forni 100% and I look forward to doing business with them again in the very near future!

I researched all the wood fired ovens available before opening my pizzeria. (Pizzeoli Wood Fired Pizza Napoletana). Ultimately I decided to go with Marra Forni. Why? Everyone I talked with tried to tell me how great their ovens were and how much better they were from the competition yet Marra Forni gave me the opportunity to come to their facility in Maryland to talk with them and try out the ovens. They also were able to deliver the oven within a 3-4 week time period. Anthony and Jeff were very friendly and professional. They explained the benefits of owning a Marra Forni oven but at the same time didn’t knock the competition. The oven is beautiful and performs superbly. It is a certified Neapolitan oven by the AVPN so you can’t doubt its authenticity. Since we opened we received numerous awards; St. Louis Magazine A-List for Best Pizza in St. Louis, St. Louis Post Dispatch Go-List 2015 for best pizza in St. Louis, Ian Froeb’s top 100 restaurants in St. Louis, Top 20 Yelp Restaurants in St. Louis among other awards. What can I say, the Marra Forni oven not only performs as a top quality oven but it is a lovely piece of artwork as well that awes the customers. It has to be the best looking oven on the market in my opinion. When the oven sits in the middle of the dining room it better look good.

I believe the most important appliance a pizzeria will ever purchase is its oven. Notwithstanding the quality of ingredients and skill of the pizzaiolo, the oven essentially defines the finished product. For that reason, I decided to thoroughly research and ultimately choose the best oven available. I spent two years getting to know the manufacturers & distributors, talking with pizzeria owners and studying the attributes and deficiencies of each oven. For me, it came down to two ovens that I felt were superior to the rest. Both designed for artisanal, Neapolitan style pizza. A lot of thought and research went into my final decision, knowing that the commitment to an oven is a monumental decision. One that isn’t easily reversible. I chose Marra Forni. Ease of use, quality of materials, thermal design, deck, dome and finish..it’s everything we wanted in a true Neapolitan oven.
